I have had their food at several events and have never been disappointed. When we learned they were from Pella we decided to use them at our wedding and the food was to die for! The brisket is the best I have ever tasted hands down. We had a recipe we wanted them to make for our wedding that wasn't offered by them at the time and they were very gracious and did an excellent job preparing that for us as well. They are super friendly people and know how to make some super delicious BBQ! I would use them again and recommend them to anyone without hesitation! Can't wait until the next time I get to sample their food.
